The number on the scale is a frustrating reminder when you aren't seeing results.  If you're over 40, feeling good and healthy is attainable!  The Simple SenseAbility coaching framework provides the practical step-by-step guidance needed to see results.  As a Certified Health Coach, I want to help you feel your best so you can live your best life!   

When I was 30 pounds overweight, I felt tired and sluggish.  Eventually, I learned how to adjust my diet, movement, sleep and stress to maintain a healthy lifestyle that worked for me.  I not only lost weight, but I also felt more energized.  Twenty years later, I want to help you find your healthier YOU.  Don't spend any more time hoping to get healthier, let's work together!
